Getting Started
Comprehensive guide to help you get the most out of your SmartBand device
Unboxing Your SmartBand
Carefully remove your SmartBand from the packaging. The box includes: 1 SmartBand device, 1 charging cable, 1 user manual, and 1 warranty card. Ensure all components are present before proceeding.
Charging Your Device
Before first use, fully charge your SmartBand. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the back of the device and plug the USB end into a power source. The LED indicator will turn red during charging and green when fully charged (approximately 1.5 hours).
Downloading the App
Download the SmartBand app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for "SmartBand Health" and install the official application.
